Refund policy – after registration

This policy covers shareholders whose land share is already registered in their name. Before registration, the refund policy – after booking applies.

How a sale works

   Apply

   Send a formal written application to Asseto Properties Ltd., by email to accounts@asseto.example.

2. 2.

   Approval

   Reviewing and approving the application takes up to 7 working days.

3. 3.

   Resale

   Once the application is approved, Asseto resells the share within 60 days of the approval date.

4. 4.

   Hand back the documents

   You return the booking deed, the money receipts, the land registration deed, the mutation papers and every other file for the share, with any photocopies.

5. 5.

   Registration

   The share is registered in the name of the buyer, or of Asseto, in line with the law and every official formality.

6. 6.

   Payment

   You are paid once the buyer's ownership is registered, including any gain made at the current market price. You then have no further obligation for the share.

Charges and fees

• No office charge applies when you find the buyer yourself. When Asseto sells the share for you, an office charge of 5% of your gain (the amount received above what you originally paid) is deducted.
• The buyer pays the land registration cost, the mutation fee and a ৳ 10,000 file transfer fee, and helps complete the transfer paperwork.
