Refund policy – after booking

This policy covers the time between booking and the registration of your land share in your name. Once the share is registered, the refund policy – after registration applies instead.

How a refund works

   Apply

   Send a formal written application to Asseto Properties Ltd., by email to accounts@asseto.example.

2. 2.

   Approval

   Reviewing and approving the application takes up to 7 working days.

3. 3.

   Resale

   Once the application is approved, Asseto finds a new buyer and resells the share within 30 days of the approval date.

4. 4.

   Hand back the documents

   You return the booking deed, the money receipts and every other file for the share, with any photocopies.

5. 5.

   Refund

   From the proceeds of the resale, you are refunded what you paid, less an office charge of 5% of the booking amount. The booking then ends, and you have no further obligation under it.
