Privacy policy

You can use the whole website without an account. We receive only what you choose to send us, and brochure downloads need no details at all. Here is everything that reaches us, or stays with you:

• Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails

  Exactly the answers you type into that form, and nothing else.

• Shareholder records

  What we get

  Your flat or shop, its size and price, the payment schedule, money receipts and project notices.

  Why

  To manage your booking, payments and handover.

  As long as the law requires for property and tax records.

  Shared with

  Authorised staff, and authorities when the law requires it.

  We open this record at our office once we have verified your identity and purchase. It is never published on the website; ask our client experience team for copies.

  Nobody: they stay in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us.

Visitors get no cookies from us. The only cookie the website sets keeps authorised Asseto staff signed in to the back office: page scripts cannot read it (it is HttpOnly), it is sent only to this site, and it expires when they sign out or stop using it for a few hours. We use no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies.

Your saved homes are kept in your browser's local storage, a small store on your own device. They never leave it, and they disappear when you clear your browsing data.

• Accounts or passwords: visitors never sign up or log in.
• Payment card details: the website takes no payments.
• Your precise location, contacts or photos.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Beyond the people named above, we share it only:

• with providers that host the website or store its files for us, under confidentiality terms;
• when the law, a court or a government authority of Bangladesh requires it;
• as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy keeps applying.

Maps and videos from other companies

Some pages show content served directly by other companies: the office map and videos. When you open those pages, your browser connects to those providers, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

• See, correct or delete the details you sent us by emailing info@asseto.example. Records we must keep by law, such as payment receipts, are deleted once that period ends.
• Clear your saved homes at any time in your browser settings.

Personal data is reachable only through our staff back office, where passwords are hashed, sign-in cookies are HttpOnly, repeated sign-in attempts are locked out, and staff see only what their role needs. Public forms are protected against spam and repeated submissions. No way of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we act quickly on any issue reported to us.

The website is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our pages link to our social-media profiles and to the app stores. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we receive nothing from them unless you contact us through them. The rules for using this website are in our terms and conditions.

When we update this policy we publish the new version on this page and change the “Updated” date at the top. Significant changes are also announced on the website.
