About Asseto

Homes built on proof, not promises

Since 2019 we have built homes on a simple promise: every shareholder can see their land, their money and their building, from booking to handover.

Our story

Why Asseto

Asseto started in 2019 with a simple idea: families should be able to see exactly what they are paying for. Our land-share model puts the land in shareholders' names first, and every construction taka after that is backed by a bill, a voucher and a progress report.

Today more than 1,100 families own homes or shares in 32 Asseto projects across six communities, from studio suites in Ashulia to duplex villas in Purbachal. We judge a year by how few surprises our shareholders met, not by how many flats we sold.

Mission
To deliver well-built, fairly priced homes through a transparent land-share model, giving every shareholder a clear view of their land, their money and their building from booking to handover.
Vision
A Dhaka where buying a home is built on proof rather than promises, and where every family can follow the construction of its home as closely as it wants to.

How we work

Promises you can check

What we hold ourselves to on every project, and the records that show whether we kept it.

  1. Every taka on the record

Open books, registered land and honest answers — even when the answer is not the one you hoped for.

  2. Built to be inspected

Soil-tested foundations, tested concrete and supervised workmanship, recorded so that you can check it.

  3. A named advisor for every buyer

One advisor from your first visit to your handover, and a team that answers across time zones.

  4. Construction you can follow

Monthly photographs, open cost records and a site visit whenever you ask, at every stage of the build.

What you can ask to see

  • Your land share registered in your name before construction begins
  • Every construction bill and voucher open for shareholders to inspect
  • Soil, steel and concrete test results kept on file for each building
  • A progress report with photographs every month, by email
  • Service charges of 10%, 12% or 15%, published before you book
