Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the website of Asseto Properties Ltd.. By using the website you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. The website needs no account: anyone can browse it, save homes on their own device and contact us.
Buying a flat or shop is governed by your booking deed, the Joint Construction Agreement and the policies in our policy register. Where those documents and these terms differ, those documents apply.
1. Information on this website
Project details, floor plans, prices, availability and images are for general information and may change without notice. Images and 3D views are illustrative. The approved building plan, your booking deed and the Joint Construction Agreement are the binding documents, and prices are confirmed only in writing by our sales team.
2. Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only when the booking form is signed and the booking money reaches Asseto's company bank account against an official money receipt. Saved homes, enquiries and price estimates on the website do not reserve a unit. Please pay only into company accounts: our staff will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
3. Resales
Shareholders who want to sell an allotted flat or shop arrange the sale through our office. Transfers follow the resale rules, including the ৳ 10,000 file transfer fee.
4. Contacting us and forms
When you call, message or email us, or fill in a campaign form, we use your details as described in our privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
When you use the website, please do not:
- give false information or pretend to be someone else;
- try to get around its security, reach the staff back office or overload it;
- copy or scrape its content in bulk;
- send spam, or offensive, misleading or unlawful content, through our forms.
6. Content and trademarks
The Asseto name, logo, text and design of the website belong to Asseto Properties Ltd. and may not be reused without permission. Stock photographs are used under their own licences; see our image credits.
7. Estimates and tools
The AI Price Predictor and other calculators give indicative estimates only. They are not a valuation, an offer or financial advice.
8. Third-party services
Maps and video players on the website are provided by third parties under their own terms. Links to other websites are for convenience only.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Asseto is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Bangladesh.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and significant changes are announced on the website.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We review our policies from time to time and may update them to keep them fair to all shareholders. The version published on this page is the one in force.

- ০২। বুকিং ফর্মে স্বাক্ষর এবং অফিসিয়াল মানি রিসিপ্টের বিপরীতে কোম্পানির ব্যাংক হিসাবে বুকিং মানি জমা হলেই কেবল বুকিং নিশ্চিত হয়। কোনো ব্যক্তিগত হিসাবে অর্থ পরিশোধ করবেন না।
- ০৩। ফ্ল্যাট বা দোকান পুনঃবিক্রয় আমাদের অফিসের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়। হস্তান্তরের ক্ষেত্রে রিসেল নীতিমালা এবং ৳ ১০,০০০ ফাইল ট্রান্সফার ফি প্রযোজ্য।
- ০৪। ভুল তথ্য প্রদান, সিকিউরিটি এড়ানোর চেষ্টা, কনটেন্ট কপি করা বা ফর্মে স্প্যাম ও আপত্তিকর তথ্য পাঠানো নিষিদ্ধ।
- ০৫। প্রাইস প্রেডিক্টরসহ অন্যান্য ক্যালকুলেটরের ফলাফল শুধুই আনুমানিক; এটি কোনো মূল্যায়ন বা প্রস্তাব নয়।
- ০৬। এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির এখতিয়ার ঢাকার আদালতের।
